      Here goes

I had a new BT line installed on the 24th march. I had sky dish installed on the27th march all well so far .I have been told i have to wait 15days for the line to be activated.

I tried to access the internet via my Aol dial up and cannot get connected .Is this because i have had a new BT line intalled even though i have altered my Aol settings?

I was previously on a virgin media line

      Thanks in advance

Can you make voice calls on your BT line? If so you should be able to use dial up internet.
It may be that AOL don't recognise your new phone number as your account for their dial up service only guessing though.

Hi thanks for the quick reply.

Yes I can use my telephone as normal and the telephone number is still the same. I have kept the same number just a different phone line provider.

Should this affect my Aol connection ?

      Thanks again

I wouldn't have thought so, what happens when you try to log in?
