      Trying To Switch To Sky

      Hello Everyone
      I Signed Up To Sky Broadband Max Last Night But When I Checked The Website This Morning I Got This Error Message

      Code:
      Unfortunately, we are currently unable to continue with your order online. New customers please phone 08705 800 874, and customers already with Sky please phone 08702 405 052 for Sky Broadband, 08706 072 759 for TV equipment upgrades or 08702 404 020 for TV package upgrades.
      Anyone Had This Happen ?

      Oh BTW Im Migrating From Tiscali LLU

      I'm not sure whay you are trying to do, are you trying to sign up online or have you done it via the phone ?

      If you are trying to check the progress of your order that the BT checker is a better option.

      I have exactly the same message, whenever I log into the SKy website, have done since I placed my order on Monday morning! - I have phoned sky and they assured me that everything was all ok!!! - You may find if you try keying your phone number into the availability checker - that you get a message that there is an incompatible service on your line - I do! I believe them when they say it's ok as my router delivery was attempted today - 2 days after ordering!!!!!!

      I don't think you need to worry - as Alan b says - have a look on the BT order checker.

      I Gave Sky A Phone & They Said Everything Was Fine All I Need To Do Now Is Wait For The Router To Arrive & Line To Be Activated
