      Advice please

The situation is this: Im running skyb/b on my mac upstairs, my mother runs her windows laptop downstairs using another ISP (Virgin) She is not happy with it since it took over from Telewest. I said I may be able to let her share my connection with Sky. How would I go about this if possible? Any asvice would be greatly appreciated.

      Regards

      Dave

      Re: Advice please

      Two ways:
      • run an ethernet cable from your router to her laptop
      • get a wireless adaptor for her laptop (if there isn't one already) and set it up with the router SSID and network key

The first will probably give the best quality connection.
