Question Emule Port Blocking / Throttling ?

I have recently migrated from Pipex and moved to SKY Broadband. I have some problems using Emule. I have set up the router with the usual port forwarding settings and have a High id.
My problems are when downloading I get terrible speeds (mostly 0 kb/s, max 3kb/s). I have tried changing the ports several times.
My question to everyone is do SKY block / throttle any ports?
Or does anyone have any advice?

      Thanks in advance,

Nope, Only on CONNECT there is traffic shaping. All I can suggest is make sure that your ports are deffo open, Check with online port testers. Also try downloading a high seeded/sourced file.?

      Hi,
If the ports are closed wouldn`t I have a low id? I have a high id but just get terrible speeds.
Im also trying to downlolad files with lots of sources. Could I contact you via MSN?

Have you opened the right ports in your Sky Router? Did you put the right IP in for that PC? Also some software will make random ports each time you start it.

It looks like the connection is blocked
