About to make the jump! - Advice anyone?

Hi everyone - just joined the forum after spending nearly all last night reading through posts!!
I'm about to make the jump to Sky from Virgin.net. The Sky site says that I can now have any of the Base, Mid or Max products (this is a very recent change - less than 2 weeks ago, Connect @ 5 was the only package available) However, 'Samknows' still lists my exchange as being non-llu enabled, in fact my exchange doesn't even have an llu date?

Is this normal? I really want to join up with Sky - but do not fancy being stuck on Connect if the Sky website is offering the proper packages in error!

      Help please!!

If the Sky site says you can get the Mid/Max products then I would say that is correct. To be sure when placing your order ask them first before you comit yourself.
