      Please Help

Has I have said in other posts I'm having trouble with my order for the Sky mid product after giving my MAC code and it been passed onto BT incorrectly and then having to cancel my order and reordering. Have just come off the phone to Sky C.S and I've been told that it says on her screen that the order managment team who I was escalated to are trying to order with BT but BT keep turning it down I said do you mean they are rejecting my order she said no they are just refusing but the order managment team keep on trying I kept on questioning her about this but got no joy. Has anybody any idea what she was on about? I finally gave up and came of the phone with an headache and not sure of my own name.

You need to ring back (unfortunately) and try to speak to someone (preferably with a strong Scottish accent) who has at least one grain of dense in their head .....lol (sorry typo but I thought it was funny so I left it) and get them to confirm exactly what MAC Code they are trying to use to.

Looking at your previous post it is actually not beyond the bounds of possibility with these idiots that they are trying to use the same incorrect MAC Code for the second time.

      Re: Please Help

Over the many conversations I've had with differant Sky C.S people I have asked a few of them to repeat the MAC code and it is the correct one I gave them. I also know that this is the correct MAC code I have been given from Pipex has when I enter it in another ISPs web site it comes back with my telephone number. P.S the person who passed the wrong MAC code to BT in the first place had a Scotish accent.
