Sky solve the problem!

After contacting Tier 3 on Monday 21st March 9AM I arrived home last night (Teusday 22nd March) and the problem was solved! I was off my old ISP and when I plugged my sky router in I was getting 7MB
It's amazing how fast a simple problem can be solved when you speak to the right people. I think I could have still been speaking with Tier 1 until Christmas even though I kept telling them it just needed a line check and probably a BT engineer to connect the right wire to my phone line.
Ah well all sorted now and I was one of the lucky few who didn't actually lose connection.
Now to try to sort out the wireless problem I am having which I may post about later.....
