      My order is visible on the BT tracker but all I am seeing is a cease order for "BT Ipstream Home 2000". There is no sign of a job to connect me up to Sky. Is this correct or should I get on to Sky? Cease date is 18th September so I've a while to go yet but if a ball has been dropped I may as well get it picked up in good time.

      Well nothing showed up on the BT website about my order. But i'm activated now, but if your activation date comes and goes and nothing happens, then phone sky up.

      Unfortunately I am in exactly the same situation as SatDish.

      Should be live today and obviously I am not!!!

      Late morning order for cease appeared on BT site with a we can do this date of the 20thSeptember!!!! Then late this afternoon order to provide LLU Line etc appeared with a we can do this on 15th September!!!!

      Just rung Sky provisioning who assure me everything is proceeding to schedule with no reported faults/problems on my line etc and I should be live by midnight tonight.

      Explained what BT site was showing and I just got computer says ......... ok They just weren't interested.

      So overall not impressed and don't hold out much hope..........I just don't know whether it's Sky with an ordering cockup/unrealistic live date or BT with a crap ordering system which is to blame but my money would have to be on Sky.

      Oooops there go some more Now 3 hours 45 minutes and counting...........

      ive finally had something show up.

      what exactly is CHANGE

      i only have an order for CEASE, there is no provide there.

      EDIT: just to update i have both orders showing now, a cease and provide are there, roll on the 19th!

      Hi Vishal,

      I'm on the Kenton Road Exchange also (LWKROA) and am migrating from Bulldog as their LLU service never materialised on this exchanged.

      The cease order for my existing service appeared on 31st August a few days after Sky processed my order, however the LLU activation date of 7th September did not appear until the end of the day on 6th September.

      I received my Router yesterday and have been told by Sky that BT Openreach have a backlog of activations and that they should have me activated by the end of today.

      The BT order tracker shows I should have been activated on 7th September, however today the order is still showing as in progress.
