Hi laulp5 and welcome to the forum
IT is highly unlikely you will get an activation occur until Bt is showing the job. You could try ringing the Sky BB number and asking for clarification, or ring and select option 6 customer services, and ask them to try and find you some answers. Unfortunately you are not the only one is this situation and it is a little bit of a waiting game.

I would ring the provisioning department on the 0800 number and then ask why it has not been activated, make sure the advisor goes through to that department as it is logged on your account, i was activated on the 2nd after calling all day to get activated and calling every 2 days to confirm it was all going through.
I managed to get it sorted in a few hours, in my experience this worked, don't just speak to the tier 1 go through to provisioning or escalate the call as they have to check on the system in the provisioning dept.

I had customer services move to provision aparently there is a problem with a Chi peer at my exchange, does anyone know what this means? Should have activated on the 5th Sept. They say they will send a new activation date. That's all I needed.
I also checked with BT Order Tracker it says the 8th now. Fingers crossed.

My activation date was yesterday, called SkyBB this morning & have been advised there's a 48/72 hr activation delay !

Hi all, I'm supposed to activated on Monday 11th but the BT tracker is not showing any orders at all, should I panic now and phone Sky, or wait till Monday before I panic?
I have all the necessary, my Sky router's been plugged in for a few days and I can't stop looking to see if the internet light is on or not.
I'm probably being a tad impatient as It's no fun at all on dial up!

Hello Andy_G my activation date is tomorow 8th and there is nothing on my BT tracker either but im not going to panic YET"To help would be a great adventure"

Thanks Satdish, you've put my mind at rest. At least for now.
To be honest though I wouldn't be too surprised if there was a delay, it seems that Sky have a lot to deal with ATM.
I'm just thankful that my router turned up, only took about 4 days after ordering.
