      anyone know what this is

I am currently trying to move from Orange to SKY and am having problems supplying them with my MAC code - they keep saying the systems are down

Just checked BT wholesale and found this dated 20/2 the only problem I didnt phone SKY to move until 10/3 - any idea what this is ?
BTW I have only ever had Broadband with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange

Description Product name Quantity Cost Rental
PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME 1000 1 0.0 0.0

With regards to moving to SKY I have spent all week trying to ring them to give my MAC code ,waiting for callbacks that never came - since last Monday
You would think as I am trying to move to them they would put a bit more effort in - once I am signed up then they can ignore me

The terminology shown on the order was BT updating their database to use the new terminology, and not an order in the traditional sense.

Good luck with the move, when they take your MAC off you.

Many thanks for the quick response , I must admit I have a bad feeling about all this especially with some of the coversations I have had with with SKY personnel
Most dont really seem to know what they are doing

      Cheers
