Hi, I have been trying to get Sky BB since begining of January and so far i have had one order cancelled by Sky one day before switch over and when i re-ordered i was told there was an order cancellation that needed to be cleared off my account. I have now waited 7 weeks at least for this to be cleared off my account so i can re-order and get a new mac from my current supplier. I have made numerour phone calls, spoke to team leaders and all told me they would mark my order urgent but the problem seems to be the Order Management Dept ( Internal Dept )that is only contactable via email. All i am ever told is i will have to wait. Nothing seems to work.......

So Please Someone Give Me Some Help!!

I have obtained a snail mail and an email address for Sky Customer Services to complain to. Anyone have any other contact addresses where something will be done to a satisfactory outcome?
