      What do you think??

I know someone who joined sky the other day and was told no Base, Mid or Max in the area. This is not the case as they stay across the back from me and are connected to the same exchange as me and I have had Mid since Sep 06. Now it is my understanding that they do this to avoid too many people on the same exchange. However they were offered Connect at 17, do you think if they hold off they'll come back at a later date and say that they could have Connect at 5 or perhaps even Base, Mid or Max. Trouble is as they've just moved in and they don't have Broadband activated on their line yet so they'll be looking to go with someone soon! What do you think about this?

It is possible that they have run out of places on the LLU so to speak.

The fact they are insisting it is 17.00 shows they are not planning on adding any further capacity on LLU before end of June.

Yeah it would appear that way. Connect was to much bandwidth for them anyway, they would have been looking at Base. I think they'll look for something else, shame they have to enter into a new 12 month contract.
