      Had a play with it just now, appears to be manned by tier 1 staff!

      Just typed in

      'slow broadband connection'

      and the page said check filters, try the master socket and the test socket and to reboot the router. Think someone finally got the message on that one.

      You do have to be very careful how you ask questions though. I think it has a foreign accent as well. Do you think it's based abroad.

      Lol brilliant. At least it didn't ask me if I had a fish tank. Never thought a support call would result in me being asked that!!
