I signed upto the 5/month Connect package on the 5th March. Got the usual automated welcome email. Was told i'd get a welcome letter in post withing 5 days. I've yet to recieve anything. Today i rang Sky and this is what i was told after 15mins waiting...

My line will become active tomorrow (14th) but due to a mixup on their system my Welcome letter and router will also not be sent until tomorrow.

Now i have access to the BT Order Tracker and there is nothing on there, i know sometimes IPStream -> IPStream migrations don' show up there, but I'm on an office product at the moment so there should be an order on there to downgrade me to the standard Max.

I'm confused and everytime i ring i get no further
