Hi everyone, I wonder if you could help me

I have been without Broadband since November last year all because of Sky Broadband.

More information is on: Sky Broadbanned - Life without broadband thanks to Sky Broadband.... (www.skybroadbanned.com)

If you have a read of the text you will see I have tried everything, absolutely everything.

I would highly recommended anyone thinking of ordering Sky broadband thinks again

You could try a direct appeal to the CEO of Sky, his email address is floating around the forum somewhere. Maybe someone will point you to it.

The final option is, as has been suggested, ask BT to remove your phone, then supply another. After that sue Sky for the full costs

It's not just Sky who cause trouble like that
A workmate is having a lot of trouble with Orange,he has had no broadband since Christmas And he was only changing to their "free" broadband from another package .

Blooming heck what a nightmare you have had!! Well I can honesty say I am happy with Sky after a few teething problems all ok now. But I know about the marker thing, I had similar issues trying to switch to Talktalk from BT, Talktalk said there are markers on the line so we can't supply you BT said "nope no markers" Talktalk "yes there is" BT "no there isn't" Talktalk "yes there is" BT "no there isnt" Talktalk "yes there is" BT "no there isn't!!!" Get the idea!!!! A full 6 month's we went round on the merry go round until I finally fell off and told TalkTalk to stick it!! And Sky saved the day because I ordered Sky and was activated within 12 days no mention of markers so someone was telling porkys!
