      Funniest thing i heard on the phone today, "Don't worry we won't start charging you until you get the router"

      I just laughed and said i've prob spent more than a months cost on these few phone calls.

      Basically on Sky's system it says a router was delivered to me, they say it was delivered to my home on the 5th March (The date i signed up)
      I would think what has happened, is someone has ticked the wrong box on the sign-up form. But if they claim it has been sent, they must have a tracking number. Someone is passing the buck! Keep phoning until you get a solution and when you do, ask for compensation for the money you have spent sorting out their mistake. It could be worth a few months free use.

      It's finally been sent this morning (8days after my line changed over) and 17days after signing up.

      They also sent it Next-Day which was nice of them, should get it tomorrow.

      One tip - if they say its been posted ask for a consignment number, i was told 5 times it was definatly on its way, was told there was no consignment number (therefore the rep was lying), a nice girl called Ann sorted it all out for me.

      Watch your bill, they charge from the day the line goes active, you need to call and get a refund - i got a month free because of it.
