      All lights on, no connection

      Last night the internet stopped working on my router, have tried resetting it many times but cannot do anything. I cannot call sky either because itís on my parents account and they are on holiday. What should I do?

      Not a lot you can do if it's not your account. Just keep resetting preferably by removing the power cord and leaving it ten minutes or so and wait for your parents to come home.

      check if telephone is working if ok then check filters and adsl cable , if telephone down if sky telephone service call if you have full account holder name address with post code and account password should all you need to get a line test run
