Rang Sky on 27th February - here I am five weeks later, after being given three separate dates of the upgrade being activated, spending God knows how many hours on the phone to Sky, and it still hasn't happened. They keep going on about 'ghost orders', and are very apologetic, but cannot actually sort the problem out.
Anyone got any ideas apart from ringing their 'helplines' about how to actually deal with it? Is there a proper address I can send a letter to where somebody can actually sort the problem out?
