      Reward Card

      "Prepaid MasterCard®: Offer available to new customers joining Sky Broadband Unlimited, Sky Fibre, Sky Fibre Unlimited or Sky Fibre Max without TV".

      I took fibre but not TV and don't qualify as I already have a Sky package.

      I think it could be worded a lot better/clearer. If I didn't have a Sky TV package already I would qualify.

      I read it as I was a new customer to fibre, in hindsight I'm not "a new customer".

      I was going to change ISP from Vodafone back to Sky anyway and am darn glad I did, but I did have my greedy glasses on when I was signing up .

      Check the T&Cs that you agreed to when you signed up. They vary all the time and this month's offer may be different to a previous offer.

      Sky is pretty good. Often you will receive more details of what you need to do once you have signed up in the post or as an email. Do remember to double-check those spam and junk folders on a regular basis as such emails might be misinterpreted by your email provider.

      Hello @FelixTCat. A few things have been keeping me away.

      I have been trying to keep myself busy and at the moment I need to edit together a video for a meeting late next month, plus two others that need doing too. All to do with a club I'm a member of, so unlikely to be posted here.

      Health-wise things have been a struggle, hence one reason I've had to cut down here.
