      Cannot access certain websites

Ok, so this issue has been happening for since yesterday morning and it's driving me nuts and I can't seem to resolve it.When I woke up yesterday I noticed that I could only access certain websites like Google, YouTube, Facebook and a few others. About 95% of all websites I tried to visit were not working at all and chrome would throw an error saying they took to long to respond which is weird. After I noticed this I decided to restart the router as you do and it seemed to resolve the issue for about 5 minutes before the exact problem would occur again which is super weird. I have a suspicion that any website that is based on IPv4 is not responding while servers that prefer IPv6 are working. There is some kind of issue that is happening at the very end of the routers boot process that is causing this issue after a few minutes. When I run a trace and force it to use IPv6 the trace almost always completes successfully. When I force the trace to IPv4 I get the error that the host is unreachable a lot of times which is what is leading me to believe there is an issue there. Right now I am having to use a proxy just to post this forum message. This issue is very frustrating and I would appreciate any help. Some things I have already tried is leaving it unplugged overnight again this worked for about 5 minutes then the issue would just come back again. I also know this isn't a DNS issue as my main PC has a custom DNS setup and all the other devices don't and every single one is having this issue also. The proxy is not allowing me to upload images so I'm going to have to paste the trace result below sorry.Tracing route to google.com [2a00:1450:4009:80c::200e]over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 3 ms 3 ms 3 ms 2a02:c7f:8605:ea00::1 2 * * * Request timed out. 3 21 ms 21 ms 21 ms 2001:4860:1:1::22a 4 21 ms 22 ms 21 ms 2001:4860:1:1::22a 5 21 ms 22 ms 21 ms 2a00:1450:8000:23d::1:1 6 21 ms 21 ms 21 ms 2001:4860:0:1::15f6 7 21 ms 21 ms 23 ms 2001:4860:0:1::2ac5 8 22 ms 22 ms 21 ms lhr35s07-in-x0e.1e100.net [2a00:1450:4009:80c::200e]Trace complete.C:\Users\Ben>tracert -4 google.comTracing route to google.com [216.58.213.78]over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 3 ms 4 ms 3 ms 192.168.0.1 2 * * * Request timed out. 3 5ec0cee7.skybroadband.com [94.192.206.231] reports: Destination host unreachable.Trace complete.
