      Sky are phoning back later in the week at which point I will ask what the resolution was but I don't expect to get told
      Sounds like a firmware change perhaps?

      I sometimes start getting issues with a few online services if Sky give me a 94.xxx.xxx.xxx IPv4 address. Turning my router off for 15 minutes or so to give me a different IPv4 address from a different IP block always fixes it for me.
