Port Forwarding SR102 ... why is it not working?

I have a really strange issue... a few years ago I port forwarded 9090 to 192.168.6.200 to access my alarm all worked perfectly.

I have now got a NAS and have tried to repeat the same process for 8085 and 8443 but when I do a port scan only 9090 shows as opened.

If I change port 8443 to 9090 on the NAS and repeat the port scan then 9090 is not shown.

If I port scan locally then all ports on the NAS are showing correctly as open.

I cannot work out what is wrong as the port forward setting are fairly simply.

I would like to say there is an issue with the firmware???

Can anyone else confirm what may be wrong?

I found that I had to ensure that some additional port settings were required on my NAS and I needed to forward those too.

The ports concerned were passive ports and automatically allocated by the NAS. The initial settings were too large and needed to b reduced.

Thanks for your response, I found the following:
      https://helpdesk.qnap.com/index.php?...d-by-qnap--nas
It refers to the passive ports being part of the FTP, but none of the ports like OpenVPN dont respond.

I have also just tried placing the NAS in the DMZ, should this not just pass everything to the NAS, as I still get no response.

Sorry for not responding sooner, for some reason I didn't get the email.

Ok, lets look at the basis...

Are you able to access the ports locally using the local IP Address?
