      Support Wait Times - Fibre Pro?

      I'm thinking about migrating to Fibre Pro and have heard that tech support is above average but how long are typical wait times to talk to tech support over the phone or by online chat? When I was with BT customer service call queues were typically 15 minutes minimum which is not really acceptable.

      I've only had occasion to speak to them once.
      It was during the day and I was put through within 5 minutes if I remember correctly.

      Have bever needed any support from Sky, so have never specifically called them. But I did accidentally get through to them (because I selected the wrong option from the IVR menu!) when I called Sky about something else and got through immediately with no waiting.

      only called once - got through in a couple of minutes

      They didn't actually answer my question or call me back like they promised but they picked up quickly
      I would happily swap wait time and get a useful answer to be frank
