SR102 Upstream noise margin - is it really right

I know on fibre the Upstream Attenuation is always shown as 0.0 on the SR102 and thats due to an known error in the VDSL firmware or something
But is there also a problem with the Noise Margin figure
My downstream noise margin fluctuates slightly during the day as I would expect but my upstream stays solid most of the time but has show values for 7.7db down to 4.4db but its only ever show the following values
      7.7
      6.6
      5.5
      4.4

Thats just too symmetrical in my mind to be correct

I doubt anything is wrong, just something a bit wierd in the algorithm. My draytek does not give me deciimal point values, so I would see it only as a a whole number, which can by slightly annoying when I want to change my SNR up or down by say .5!

It's a bug in the router because it happens on adsl lines too.

If the margin jumps from say 8.8 to 9.9, what's really happening is a jump from 8.9 to 9.0.

The decimal point matching the whole also happens with double figures.
      An example of 17.17db here
