So I got 3 ex colleagues working at sky on the broadband team....
Good friends speak to them often so i had one check my profile today and i was surprise what my profile is set to.
But am still getting my MAX speed.

What does your profile say on the broadband details in your MySky page? I would not be surprised if they have not been updated.
