      Is their any way I can see that this has worked, as when I look under the system info tab it still tells me that its the router with dd-wrt?

      @stepeters

      killall udhcpc
      /usr/sbin/udhcpc -i vlan2 -V "6.14.1aN|PCBAFAST2504Nv1.0" -c "############@skydsl|################" -p /var/run/udhcpc.pid -s /tmp/udhcpc &
      @jas0npc

      Unfortunately there isn't as this is just a small bit of data sent while attempting to gain an IP address. If it is present in your start-up command and you are getting an IP address it will be working as intended.

      thanks apache14

      i'm still having serious issues with my connection speed regardless of which router
      i use.... as high as 37Mbps then 10 minutes later, as low as 0.5Mbps

      i'll definitely be speaking with Sky tomorrow evening after i've allowed the JD auto
      tool to gather some more data.

      How long have you had fiber ? Mine was like that for the first 5 days and than it suddenly stabilized at 35-38 down and 8-9 up

      so far today, it's behaved itself (using the sagemcom) but i'll amend the script offline later this evening and then
      re-attach the TP-Link. i keep getting told off by the wife and kids when i break "teh interwebz"

      Could you check to see if you can add a static arp entry so that Wake on WAN can be used? Thanks.

      I have gone back to my sky router, as when doing a speedtest.net it was giving lower results than the sagem ?, dont undertand that as its the bto modem that connects to sky....
