      sky fibre unavailable email

      Well according to the sky fibre team the new FTTC product is not available to me, see the email

      We're writing to let you know that although Sky Fibre Unlimited has now launched, we've checked the telephone number you gave us and can see that unfortunately, it's not currently available in your area.

      Well it was installed a couple of weeks ago and is working very well and getting excellent speeds thank you.

      Seems like communication is a big issue over at sky currently.

      Had the same email and in my case its correct, apart from the bit about me showing interest and giving them my number to check.

      This is being discussed in this thread: Sky need to sort this error out or risk losing customers

      A lot of us have received the same misleading email.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms
