no fibre optic

hi can someone please help me out ,have tryed to get sky fibre optic but have been told that it is not currently available .But it is as the exchange has had it for sometime now and 2 people that i work with have sky fibre optic can someone please tell me wots going on ?

There are a few bugs with the checker and people get different results depending on whether they do it via their account, telephone number of address.

Could I also suggest a friendly phone call too?

hi just did that and they still say not available this is a joke, if sky can not give you wot their web page is advertising then thay should not advertis it ,think i my have to go to bt just lost a coustomer sky.But thanks for the help

Currently Sky Fibre isn't being advertised anywhere, so sadly that won't help.

In order to check my friend's address I've used Firefox and Opera. By logging out of my own account, I've been able to check her address successfully.

I am aware that there are a some issues with their on-line checker at the moment though. Various members have reported changing results.

I just went on to the My Sky website and clicked on upgrade broadband. It the asked for my phone number and post code then it done the check on my line then came up that i could upgrade to Sky Fibre.
