Fibre ordering issue....
Hi All,
I ordered my fibre optic broadband on Friday and got a confirmation email through and everything so thought brilliant, jobs a good un
Then checked my sky account this morning to see the status of my order and there was nothing there? Looked at the account updates and there was no mention of the fibre optic order??
Rang sky this morning and it turns out that the online order had failed
and no one had told me. So i have re-ordered it this morning meaning I have to wait 2 weeks from today. Not alot I know but was still irritating.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Was there anything different to your order on Friday to today?
For example were there any error messages or a page failing to load?

I didn't order again online yesterday. I decided to ring them. Page seemed normal though and would have allowed me to re-order it which i thought was strange.

Yeah thats what happened to me but unfortunately i forgot my primary email contact details were set to work so only picked it up yesterday. Quite surprised they don't email your sky account by default as well though?
