Yesterday had a letter showing how much my bill was, it was £35 more than the bill showing on My Sky ( obviously charged for router). Quick call to Sky and was told to ignore letter as my account was now credited £35 and the correct bill was on My Sky. Excellent customer services again

I had two letters yesterday, confirming £0.00 for installation and router...

Just got my letter through today and it says £0.00 for installation and then says my current bill is £73 odd a month but then will be changing to £0.00 for future months
