Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
Voted 'Yes' - I will be signing up as soon as my exchange/cabinet is enabled

Think I will be waiting a while yet though, as my exchange is listed by Openreach as a 'Future Exchange' with an RFS date of 2012. I'm looking around everyday for signs of Openreach starting work, but I've not seen anything happening

Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
voted no , I barely upload /download anything now and I have a 10 meg connection anyway. My ping is reasonable for gaming and can happily run 2 pc's a laptop and 3 iphones with no lag/stutter on any of them . for the extra £15 a month it isn't worth my money tbh.

Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
would take any fibre atm, or atleast movement towards it, seems roadworks for my cabinet was put off for some reason
.(have a feeling somebody complained it was gonna be right next to a drive way, doesn't "have" tobe plenty of space the other side of the cabinet but BT will be BT..
)
but ofc voted yes

Yes. Can't wait.
I've just saved £250 on my car insurance today which equals 12 month's Sky Fibre. It's an omen!

Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
Im already walking past my soon to be fibre cabinet giving it a pat on the head when walking the dog lol. I voted yes but of course its a better offering for those of us who have had slow speeds, I can understand why people with 10+meg connection may think twice.

Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
Just waiting on the phone call from Sky (fingers crossed) to order. My non fibre connection would be 1 Meg. I'm on BT Infinity and Sky Fibre will work out cheaper with Sky Talk as well.
Having said that, if my non fire connection was around 10 Meg I wouldn't upgrade.

Re: Would you take Sky Fibre?
Not interested the upstream is far to low
22mbit down 1.2mbit up for £7.50
or 40mbit down 2mbit up for £20
upstream needs to be atleast 5mbit before im interested
I can see why people far from the exchange would take it though
but in my case its a no go
