      Thumbs down Don’t belive in better

      I am a foreigner and such an idiot that 22nd March 2011 I bought Sky +BB. So I paid and they promised to connect me to BB( tv is totally unimportatnt for me ). The day they promised .. nothing happened ,nobody arrived, no explanation, no txt . So I call 08442 414141 and wrote complaint to their Centre . No excuse ,no explanation just information on my mobile that in 16 (!) days someone will arrive to connect me . I was a bit sceptical and as they promised 21st April… nobody arrived of course. During my call I have not received any explanation as you expect . Several days later I had another txt that my Broadband will be connected 6th May . 5th May modem arrived which I installed . Of course 6th May nothing happened . On my calls answer was just one ; wait 72 hours probably some technical problem ( surprise, surprise). In this way I have been waiting for BB for nearly 2 months .

      As a profesional nomad I spent several years in China, Norway , Russia ,Czech Republic and Poland . In Norway time to connect to BB - 1 day . Czech Republic – 1 day .Beijing - 3 days. In Moscow internet and landline – 4 days . In Cracow BB - 2day. Nice and easy. I never met company such carelessly treated their customers like British Sky.

      Yeh, I have the same.

      Previously living in Moscow I always got the response from client support the same day, and to connect a new BB took no more than two days.

      Now I am completely confused and disappointed with Sky which provides no client service at all. On Monday I had a connection fault, and until now I have no response except "we are unable to give a time scale of when you will receive contact".

      Sky is really the worst broadband provider in my life.
