      Hi All,
No reports today of any problems with SKY users link not working to my website. So from 20 complaints per day to zero would suggest somebody has woken up and done something. I hope it stays fixed!

      Issue Now Resolved

I went back to GoDaddy mentioning the other issues with the two specific nameservers, here is their reply from 2 days ago.

Thank you for your continued correspondence with Online Support. Please know your concerns have been directed to the Office of the President for review and follow up.

We appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result. As we understand, you have recently been unable to connect to websites that are utilizing the Nameservers of NS51.domaincontrol.com and NS52.domaincontrol.com. Please know that, at this time, this issue has been identified and resolved. As such, you should no longer experience any difficulties connecting to these websites.
The issue does seem resolved for me now, although they didn't specify what they have done.

Haha I knew that Sky temporarily blocked sites. Other companies prolly do it, too.

I'm on connect but even when I have my full connection back after the trotted hours I still can't choose the 'local' search on any online game because it never finds anyone

I'm pretty sure if you read the thread, there's no official suggestion that sky are blocking websites.

Could be a number of things, all ISPs use filters, these filters are often a service they subscribe to and if the company they use screw up then people see blocked traffic to certain sites till the filter company sorts it out. There are also situations where traffic routing can impact sites, local caching, proxy caching, DNS issues etc.
