I thought Mid cost £10 unless you take Sky Talk?

Re: Mid/Everyday Monthly Usage stats from Sky

£5 discount if you have a multiroom sub but that ends 1st January.

I'm just glad to be finally rid of Sky!

If you stay after this you will always be asking the question what have they got up their sleeve next?

Sky have managed to totally destroy any customer trust and loyalty which they might have had with the stroke of a pen because this has been implemented in such an underhanded, devious and deceitful way!

When we get to January 2010 there is absolutely no way on this earth I am paying £15 a month for Max, it maybe unlimited, but my average usage is less than 5gb a month anyway. The only reason why I haven't already changed is for convenience.

Re: Mid/Everyday Monthly Usage stats from Sky

The only thing my letter states for January is the VAT going back up to 17.5%. It even tells me how much i will be paying in January and the amount shown is what i expected it to be. No £5 increase mentioned.

Re: Mid/Everyday Monthly Usage stats from Sky

If you are on Mid and don't have SkyTalk but currently receive a discount of £5 for being a 'new' customer or having a Multiroom or a HD subscription that discount will cease on 1st January and Mid will cost you £10 per month unless you agree to take SkyTalk.

Similarly if you are on Max and don't have SkyTalk but currently receive a discount of £5 for being a 'new' customer or having a Multiroom or a HD subscription that discount will cease on 1st January and Max will cost you £15 per month unless you agree to take SkyTalk.

Bribery is a wonderful thing! NOT!

Should have mentioned this originally. I have Multiroom Lite and Sky Talk Freetime.

So i presume I will still get Mid(everyday) for a fiver.

Mid for you will stay at £5 per month until they force you onto Max for going over the new 10GB limit or they decide to move the goal posts again!
