Well, I like SkyMax, not much between them all really as long as you are on LLU.

well apart from the infinately better line stability, cheaper, free customer service number and the ability to use your own router their pretty much the same.

Re: Bye bye Sky - Hello O2

Sky is cheaper and has free customer service, doesn't it? Also, my line has always been stable apart from a while back, but it turned out to be a dodgy router

With a download of 12Mbs and no requests for help, what's your problem with Sky.

I got a letter within 3 days (actually today after requesting it Tuesday), I did use the online form and got an e-mail reply with the MAC Wednesday night. Call them again or e-mail them asking for it. It's on your profile the MAC will have been raised in ECO (BT System) Sky should be able to read it out or e-mail you

Funnily enough at the same time I got the letter from Sky DHL delivered my router from O2.
