You knew that it went to a Sky tier one call centre in India, how?

As far as I know, there is no tier one tech. support in India. Tier one is only in Ireland, Philippines & Scotland.

Maybe this explains why they are really bad. This is quote taken from another site:
I use to work for sky broadband as an inbound call centre agent and the amount of issues i use to deal with was terrible, the departments seem to work against each other, also untrained staff is a major issue!! i had 8 days training about stuff that had nothing to do with the job, we got told to go on the calling floor and start taken flak from customers even though we knew nothing about the systems it's crazy way to run a business!!

but serious it seems this thread is taken on a race issue (so boring) when thats not the case is it

its a fact that indian call centres are used for every big company nowadays

my dad was irish so i could get upset about people saying cant understand irish i think this thread is turning into a race row and i dont think it was ment to be like that in the first place in my eyes they are all crap low wages and they dont give a damm (maybe a few do)
