I have been told, by an engineering source of mine, that Easynet have a major problem at this exchange. I have been persuing my daughter's connection, which should have been 4th Oct, for some time now. As I recounted elsewhere her line was put OOS for days on two occasions due to faulty DSLAM port /tie pair (the same one each time would you believe)
Responses to all e-mail queries to SKY BB customer services merely elicit apparent delaying tactics with the usual "cut and paste" platitudes.
I have e-mailed James Murdoch, but the reply came from the same customer service dept as always.......very disappointing.
I have written to SKY customer complaints etc. No reply as yet.

Several times now I have explained all that is required is the issue of a new WORKING DSLAM port / tie pair for BT to jumper to....this just appears to be ignored
Does anyone here have similar experiences on this exchange?
If they do, and have had a resolution please do tell how.
