Most likely cable issues between BT and Easynet kit meaning the port you are suppose to be connected to doesnt come up as its physically connected to the wrong cable

      7 weeks

Both sets of engineers were there yesterday. They still havn't managed to sort it out after 7 weeks. How difficult can it be. Someone on another forum suggested this should be fixed in 20 minutes. Role on Friday when my migration to zen will have happened.

My exchange has just been enabled for Easynet, I take it I shouldn't transfer from Connect over to LLU since so many are reporting issues?

In case anyone is interested I found this page
      http://www.lightreading.com/document.asp?doc_id=82806

Which mentions Easynet using Stinger DSLAMs from Lucent.

I'm still trying to dig deeper.
