Fault at Kidsgrove exchange 01/06/09

My Sky connection was down this morning when I got up, I've spoken to two friends in the same area and one is ok whilst the other also has problems (both with Sky). My BE connection to the same exchange also has no problems.

Just logged a fault call with Sky who have said there is a known fault with the exchange and that an engineer is there working on it already.

The line will synch fine, it's just impossible to establish a connection even after repeated attempts.

Issues at Kidsgrove exchange

Just a heads up...

I've logged a call with Sky after my line disconnected this morning and I was unable to reconnect. My BE line is working fine.

I spoke to two friends in the same area (both with Sky), one has no issues whilst the other is also unable to connect.

Sky have told me that there is a known fault at this exchange and that somebody is on site trying to fix the issue.

Re: Fault at Kidsgrove exchange 01/06/09

Noikz,

Do you know if this is fixed yet. Seem to be getting quite slow connectivity here again (Goldenhill on KGROVE exchange).

Regards
Tim
