Bad Pings Since Changeover

ive only just received the sky package, and my pings have gone **** up, the router tells me the line is faster, 1.1meg faster, but my pings have increased in everything, can anyone explain/help?

Use the Kana form, Sky still haven't bothered to train outsource staff for Max delay calls and customers get annoyed when they are told we cannot help. Max delay reduction is how they will reduce your ping.

Use the form on the site, saying u want your max delays lowered.
Make sure u have account holder information and password.

within 6-24hrs it will be fixed.
