      Arbroath (NE Scotland)

      According to the Sky BBand Tester it has now got LLU

      However, should I pester Sky to get it quicker or wait to see if they write to me?

      Experiences please!n

      i would pester from my experience everyone i know has never recieved a letter ever have only swapped over by ringing

      theres a few techies on here that will tell you otherwise i can only think they say this as there is a backlog of customers they are getting through

      but i rang as soon as i looked on the checker and i was online with max in about 10 days in fact i would have walked to the offices and bought them all a beer to swap over lol

      just the normal broadband number i dont have it handy perhaps someone can help him out there and tell him what options thanks

      Just phoned and was told that they couldn't do anything as it would "muck up your account".

      It was an automated process that was updated every month.

      muck up your account new one on me lol

      dont take no rubbish from them tell them on the broadband checker it states you can recieve whatever package you after belive me lots of them are noobs i got told that dont take no for an answer i cant help anymore than that
