    Sky Anytime Wifi connector & o2 Broadband...Not working..

    This is a discussion on Sky Anytime Wifi connector & o2 Broadband...Not working.. within the Sky Anytime + forums, part of the Sky On Demand category; Tried resetting the box, results are just the same as above, it made no difference...

      It looks like you have received a faulty unit. Return it using the Freepost label included with it and mark it as Faulty. Explain you have tried everything and it will not work.

      If you have a friend or a near neighbour with Sky, you might want to try it on their set up first, on the outside chance that it is your STB which is faulty.

      If "Service Connection" fails, then check that Anytime+/On Demand has been enabled specifically for the STB.

      You can do this on-line, or call Sky and ask.

      It takes just a few minutes to fix if this is the case.

      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      I've finally got this sorted... although i had the new EPG, i forced a system update, re connected the wireless box, and it's all working..

      Am i correct in thinking 4OD is due to come on board too?

      Sky announce in September the 4oD would be added to the line up early next year.

      I guess at the moment that Channel 4 are working with Sky to get the systems in place so that their servers will be able to connect up and so that the computers/programs are sorted out to add the material.

      Since Channel 4 will also be supplying content for Sky Go as well, there will be a huge amount to be included when it does go live.
