My daytime glasses are a bind.

To voluntarily wear specs to watch the telly is just plain bonkers !!!!!!!

Sky 3D - No extra charge

"To activate Sky 3D, your basket must contain all Entertainment Packs, Movies Pack and Sports Pack, plus a Sky+HD box with the HD Pack."

Excellent, that way I can get back all of the HD channels I lost in October, and get Sky 3D for free

yep, thats because the 3d channel shows contant from all packs, so until there are more 3d cannels thats the only option, anyway there isnt much difference to 2d only 1d in it

Me too, I think the only reason I'd get a 3D tv at the moment would be for gaming e.g., Call of Duty: Black Ops

Re: Anyone have a 3D TV?

Not got one, & don't give a monkey's about getting one.

IMO they're too expensive for the amount of content currently available.

3D football on Sky 3D doesn't interest me, as I don't even like 2D football.

3D movies on Blu-ray or Sky 3D don't interest me, as at the moment the selection is rather poor in both quantity & quality IMO. Other than a small selection (e.g. Avatar, which isn't out yet on 3D BD anyway), the majority of 3D movies are rather crap IMO (crap movies in the first place, and/or crap post-production 2D>3D conversions).

Give it a year, there'll be more content, and the TVs will be better & cheaper...

Spot on ! 10/10 agree on this. I heard five years time, it will be much ten times better 3D tv without the need of 3D glasses and it will be matched as the cinemas 3D.

Don't waste your money! Save until 2015 for better 3D tv.

Re: Anyone have a 3D TV?

3D glasses give me a headache. When they invent a TV that shows 3D without glasses, I'll consider getting one, but not before.
