Looks like it's time to give sky a ring. Looks like you could have a problem there. Them ping time's are terrible.
Tell them you was told you was on gamer profile but your ping times are all over the shop.
The second time they put me on gamer profile, Sky CS person did not stabilize my line. It them reset itself and gave me crazy high pings. They might be also a problem at your exchange. But if you give sky a call, they will tell you if there is a problem.
