I'm trying to set up my sky yahoo email desktop notification facility. I've switched this on in the settings, and set my browser (microsoft edge) to allow pop ups but I'm still not seeing and new mail notification

I'm trying to set up my sky yahoo email desktop notification facility. I've switched this on in the settings, and set my browser (microsoft edge) to allow pop ups but I'm still not seeing and new mail notification
You may have to have your email client open in the tray to get notifications. Sorry, I don't use Edge except to access my router.
