I would seriously recommended for the time being that you use
the Kana Form, As Paul has already mentioned the majority
of the agents don't know what max delays are.
And because its not included in the call flow guide they use
you need to ether blag your way to CST, by asking them to open
a ticket under Upfront Checks/High Ping times on-net.
or tell them you have a slow connection and have the router in test socket
already so you can skip most of the usual troubleshooting, once the tier1 agent
passes you to CST to you can tell them the real problem as at least they know
what max delays are.

I put slow connection as the enquiry, and the description was something like max delays should be reduced to 8.
