      Come on Raj! How fair is that? 0 to 10 calls? So if someone only had to call once they get lumped in with people calling 10 times. Hardly representative is it?

      You've obviously had a bad Sky experience or..... you don't work for Virgin do you?

      Obviously some peope are going to have bad experiences and if they do they're sure to shout about it on here, but I, for one, think Sky BB is the best thing since sliced bread

      All on a freephone number though so no cost to me apart from my sanity!

      Lazarus is dead right
      about calling once.
      That's me. In 5 months I called once.
      I was called back in a few hours by Tier 3.
      The problem was at my exchange which was quickly solved.
      My sympathies to those less lucky.

      i dont work for virgin..i had good NTL service for two years. joined sky in dec 2006. sky digital and phone perfect no problem.

      broadband on going for since dec 2006. I think i have all the rights in the world to talk about this.

      I got good feelings that sky influence this forum. As they keep trying to make is fair for sky! Forums suppose to be about the truth and experience. Forum reader will judge if is fair or not.

      Sky do not influence this forum in any way shape or form. We are independant from Sky and if you do not believe that then tbh tough!

      You make biased polls with absolutely no other option for a customer who may be happy.

      For instance, this poll alone, you assume that everyone has had to ring Sky CS, not everyone has had to, a fair few yes but also a fair few have not. It is apparant that you are unhappy with Sky, Stevie Wonder can see that but you fail to understand that people may be happy.

      We only ever remove posts if they are duplicated or crossposted. We allow original posts with the swearing removed. We have rules on our forum, same as any other forum. There are a few horror stories around on here, and we do not stop you from saying it as it is, if you stick to our rules.

      If we were biased in any way shape or form, these unhappy posts would magically disappear.

      Sky do not ask us to change any posts, they do not ask us to do anything, they accept they make mistakes and they welcome criticism.

      I have had my fair share of posts about been unhappy with Sky and if you took the time to read this forum, then you will see others have as well.

      We have only ever done 2 things requested to us by Sky

      1) Remove a phone number for the completely wrong department published on here

      2) Remove some commercially sensitive information

      If you do not like the way we run these forums then to put it bluntly go somewhere else.
