      I chose the never needed to option as that is far more representive of my experience than the totally biased 0-10!!!

      In reality it is twice..... which is still less than I did with my old ISP (Plusnet)

      I called a couple of times but got forwarded to at least 5 reps in 1 night, and the problem is NOT solved. Honestly the worst customer support staff I've ever had to endure.

      BT, AOL, Bank of Scotland, Compaq, Xbox...the list goes on; Sky trounce on them all as far as an overall lack of understanding and general incompetence goes.

      Edit: All of those calls went through to the Indians, as all of the Broadband help department calls I've made so far have done.

      Orange have the worst CS as far as I'm concerned.

      With regards to Sky, both TV and BB, I have always found them great when it comes to providing CS. In fact they would rate at the top of my list.

      Just proves how different experiences can be.

      I also went for the 'never' option. The only times I have had to call Sky was to find out why I was activayed without them letting me know and to find out where the old router had got to, and the other time was a enquiry about first first debit with them as the letter I recieved made no sense. I have not had to call them with regards to anything to do with the actual service.

      You've probably never had to call the Indians.

      As mentioned, every single time you call the 515515 number and choose broadband, then help, you're put through to them and it's the most frustrating experience ever. Similar to banging your head against a wall I'd say

      I have spoke to the team based offshore and had no problems there either.

      I'm sure with the most rudimentary of problems that they're fairly competent, seeing as all they have to do is read from a script, but when it comes to networking, interleaving and VOIP, it's a non-starter.

      There's only one router they have to learn about, yet they still couldn't help me with setting it up the way I wanted. Had to email them in the end and that did the trick.
