After for me and this was after I had to phone them up to chase them up about it. It turned up on the Wednesday after I was connected on the Monday a few days earlier.

lledgedly Sky have now changed sending the router out until after you have been connected on Connect.
Pretty strange way of operating if you ask me, why wait until a line has gone Live on this package only ??

I really don't know but 2 people I personnally know have had this happen.

When they rang to ask where it is they were told it was now policy to send the router on day of connection.

One of these 2 persons now has 3 routers, as it was ordered 3 times

      Hi

I got connected and had to wait a week to get my router....5 phone calls in all as it was one big mess up.....

Strange is the right word but then again I cant say anything good about my experience with Sky 2 months my exchange has been changed over and I am still waiting.....

I got my router after connection...
Connected 17th Nov, I phoned to see where router was on the 21st, was told it hadn't been sent yet but would be with me in a week. Router arrived 23rd Nov. I got the distinct impression that my phone call chasing it up was not unexpected. Odd way of doing things.

My friend has just signed up for Connect, I'll keep a check on her router arrival/connection dates.

Ordered Connect on 29th Dec, router arrived on the 5th Jan I think it was - anyway, it was a few days before activation for me.
