They had to send an email to find out where mine was as well although I am not sure who it went to. My router turned up two days later so hopefully it will be the same for you.

I had same problem with late router.

You can ask them for the Parceline reference number, which then allows you to see where it is with Parceline. It is also your check that they have sent it cos if they don't have a Parceline ref no. then they ain't done it!

Oh and use their freephone no. 0800 051 2595.

And if you're really angry contact their customer relations dept. on 08702 403 000.

Even when I got the router it didn't work and their support was rubbish. I cancelled!!

If you think 'Sky knock holes out of AOL' then you really must have had a desperate experience with AOL. Or do you work for Sky?

Contacted Sky to transfer to Connect with MAC Code on - 30/1/07
Broadband Connection stopped working on - 9/2/07
Contacted Sky on same day to ask what was happening (various stories).
Received Text Message from Sky telling me Sky Broadband is live - 13/2/07

So far no Router, Conection Details or Welcome Letter received.

      Not a happy bunny.
